Job Description for Home Providers
We are seeking a Home Care Provider willing to open their home to an individual with Intellectual and developmental disability. Home Providers will assist individuals with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, cooking, daily living and decision-making skills.
- As a provider you would have an adult live with you in your home and provide supports to help enhance quality of life.
- Your responsibility will include supporting individuals in maintaining a healthy life style, cooking nutritious meals, and helping them to develop essentials daily living and decision making skills.
- Providers receive a respite allotment to allow for time off for the provider.
- The Service Coordinator team is available to you to support, train, and assist you in success.
